Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping with Classic Gold and Jewellery. Please review the following shipping policy to understand how we process and handle your orders.

Shipping Method: We offer standard shipping for all orders within Malaysia via www.classicgold.com.my

Delivery Time:
West Malaysia: Within 3 working days
East Malaysia: Within 5 working days

Refunds:
If you opt for a refund, we will email you to request your banking details. The refund process may take 7-14 working days due to reduced workforce during this period.

Defective Items:
If an item is defective due to manufacturing error, defective materials, or mishandling by our logistics partner, Classic Gold and Jewellery will bear the shipping cost for returns and replacements.

Defective on Arrival:
Customers must email enquiry@classicgoldjewellery.com with detailed pictures/videos (less than 1 MB) of the defective area within 3 working days from the date of receipt.

Customer Satisfaction:
If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, you may exchange the item(s) with another product of equal value from Classic Gold and Jewellery.

Exchange Procedure:
Exchange requests must be sent to enquiry@classicgoldjewellery.com within 3 working days from the date of receipt. Exchanges must be made at any Classic Gold and Jewellery outlet stores within Klang Valley within 7 working days from the date of receipt.

Outside Klang Valley:
Customers outside Klang Valley are responsible for bearing two shipping charges for returns and replacements.

Condition of Products:
Products must be in new and original condition with the original receipt. Exchange requests exceeding the specified period will not be entertained.

Refusal of Refunds:
Classic Gold and Jewellery reserves the right to refuse full refunds or charge a restocking fee for orders that do not comply with the above requirements.
